I'm Jen, a mom just like you, in the middle of raising my family.
I’ll be totally honest: there was a time in my life I said I’d never get married or have kids. I pictured myself working on Madison Avenue in New York City, wearing a cute gray skirt suit, carrying my designer handbag, and living the corporate life.
But I met the man of my dreams shortly before graduating from college, and we were married in 2003. Here I am now, a homeschooling mom with a husband in the military, and five kids, ages 13, 11, 8, 6, and 3.
Finding fulfillment in motherhood has been a huge learning curve for me, and there were times I felt I was barely surviving. Over the past several years, I’ve made the choice to get really intentional with my life, and I can honestly say that I love being a mom. How about we learn to love it together?
My Core Values
I believe in God. We are all His children. He has a love and concern for our lives and our families.
Nothing makes as great an impact on a life as kindness does. Everyone deserves to receive kindness from others.
Everyone can feel motivated from time to time. But real, lasting change comes only with consistency.
Living with intention simply means that we are willing to do what it takes to make our moments matter.
What I Believe
All moms can learn to love motherhood. This happens as we get intentional about how we live each day. Whether it’s conquering your menu, potty training your toddler, curating your ideal closet, organizing your pantry, making time for self-care, or nurturing your marriage, you deserve to create a life that you love! You are here at this time for a specific purpose, mama!
